We went early in the morning and there was nobody so we managed to take some video of the beautiful mountain view. \u00a0It was very cold in the morning of the November winter in Tateyama mountain. \u00a0Normally hot spring in Japan is separated with male and female. \u00a0We washed our body before entering the hot spring indoor for few minutes before going out for the outdoor hot spring, that way we would not feel that cold. \u00a0However, we was freezing when we walked from the indoor to outdoor hot spring as there is a short distance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We love soaking in\u00a0the hot spring from indoor to outdoor and from outdoor to indoor. \u00a0That was the best part of the activities\u00a0especially after a long day. \u00a0Japanese believe &#8220;onsen&#8221;\/ hot spring helps them increase the blood flow, circulation and metabolism. \u00a0Frankly speaking, after soaking in these hot spring, I felt more relax and reduced all my tiredness. The water in the hot spring is very much different from the hot spring in Taiwan, the hot spring in Japan do not has chlorine smell\u00a0like the one in Taiwan. \u00a0The hot spring in Japan usually smell very good.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.625;\">Don&#8217;t be shy, try it and you will love Japan &#8220;onsen&#8221;! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1170\" height=\"659\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vG4HRSDDd3o?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Day 5 activities was not much, driving from Tateyama to Matsumoto was about 3 hours drive. \u00a0We stopped in the middle of the freeway to take a toilet break and some hot tea.<br \/>\nThis rest area is just beside the sea, it was very windy that morning, we could not stand the cold and quickly rushed back to our car.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20151125_113505e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1661\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20151125_113505e-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It\u00a0was almost 2 pm when we arrived in Matsumoto city. \u00a0Matsumoto city is the second largest city in Nagano Prefecture. Driving in the Matsumoto city was challenging, many traffic and roads were very narrow. \u00a0My impression about Nagano\u00a0is the winter Olympics in 1998 and Nagano snow monkeys chilling in the hot spring. But we only planned to\u00a0Matsumoto Castle in the city.<\/p>\n<p>We wanted to visit the famous Matsumoto Castle today but due to heavy rain, we changed our plan to visit one of the indoor Art museum in the city.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/japan1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1948\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/japan1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Photography is not allowed in the museum.
