Kirosan Observatory Park is located on Mt Kiro at about 307.8 m high. Best view!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridge at my foot (below), it is the world&#8217;s longest suspension bridge structure which connects the island of Oshima to the main part of Shikoku.<\/p>\n<p>The total length of the bridge is 4,015 m slightly longer than the length of Akashi Kaikyo Bridge\u00a0\u660e\u77f3\u6d77\u5ce1\u5927\u6a4b 3,911 m which I will use it when I go to Osaka on my way back.<\/p>\n<p>Mt Kiro\/Kirosan Observatory Park is one of the best spot to see Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge with an unblocked view\/bird view.\u00a0 You get to see the whole bridge from the top linking from island to island.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/20181028_135454.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20438 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/20181028_135454.jpg\" alt=\"Japan Shikoku : The most spectacular view on the Shimanami Kaido @ Kirosan Observatory Park, Imabari\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/20181028_135454.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/20181028_135454-300x146.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/20181028_135454-768x374.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sea Activities\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Observe closely, there are plenty of ships activities in the sea as sea provide great source of food supplies for the Japanese people. Japanese diet is depending highly on seafood, such as fish, prawn, squid, octopus, clam, seaweed etc. I would say seafood is their main diet, not animal meat. You notice Japanese breakfast usually come with fish &amp; rice. Both selling at same price 350yen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is so special for the Salt \u85fb\u5869 here ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Salt here are coming from the burning seaweed\/algae. The color look slightly different and are not white but more brownish color. The taste is also slightly different, the salt is more of mild flavor because the salt concentration is lower, not as salty.
