Resort<\/a><\/strong>, the range of breakfast was fantastic. \u00a0 We could see beautiful mountain view from the restaurant where we had our breakfast too.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_083737.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1984\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_083737-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Delpino is\u00a0very big and it is located in the mountain, it is also very popular among the local tourists. \u00a0There is a aqua world, a water theme park consisting indoor thermal water park with many kind of pools, hot and cold, whole body massage, bubble bath, massage spa and natural hot spring pool. \u00a0Like the one in Taiwan, we need to wear swimsuit and cap when entering the aqua world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_085855.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1985\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_085855-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teddy Bear Museum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teddy bear museum located near the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoda.com\/partners\/partnersearch.aspx?cid=1769828&amp;pcs=1&amp;hid=408508\">Delpino Golf &amp; Resort<\/a><\/strong>, we walked to the museum and it was very windy that day. \u00a0I remembered we were almost being blown away.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_085855.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090431.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1986\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090431-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We get to see the teddy bears in all different theme and countries.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090615.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1987\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090615-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It should be interesting for little kids under age of 10 years old. \u00a0This was my first time to visit a teddy bear museum. \u00a0I know there are many teddy bear museum around the world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090652.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1988\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_090652-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some igloo theme teddy bear, we also get to see the world smallest teddy bear which there is a magnifying glasses to help you see clearly.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_091356.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1989\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_091356-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There is a gift shop near the exist, I was feeling a bit dizzy after seeing so many big and small teddy bears around the world wearing all kind of costumes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_091949.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1990\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_091949-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mt Seorak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We then enjoyed the scenic coach ride to Seoraksan National Park, one of Korea\u2019s most beautiful mountain areas. \u00a0There is a cable car ride up to the summit of the mountain. \u00a0We were lucky the weather allowed us to go up.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_102502e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1991\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_102502e-1024x405.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"231\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The mountain was named Seorak (&#8216;Seol&#8217; meaning &#8216;snow&#8217; and &#8216;Ak&#8217; meaning &#8216;big mountain&#8217;) because the snow would not melt for a long time keeping the rocks in a permanent state of white.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_105945.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1993\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_105945-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was pretty challenging to climb up the Mt Soerak, first, there is a long staircase to climb all the way up. \u00a0That staircase part was\u00a0not that tough because there is a handle for you to hold on.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111147e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1994\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111147e-691x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"865\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once I were at the rocks area at the top of the mountain, it appeared to be more dangerous because I was pretty much on my own, nothing to hold on. \u00a0It totally relied on my balancing skill to walk on these rocky path.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111612.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1997\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111612-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Luckily\u00a0I was rewarded by the breathtaking view of Mt Seorak once on the top. \u00a0Still need to be very careful in order not to fall over the cliff because there is no fencing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111817.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1998\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_111817-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seoraksan is the third highest mountain in South Korea. \u00a0The autumn colors in the area are considered among the most beautiful in Korea. All flooded in to see the red and yellow forest in between these mountain. There were not any red leaves when we were there in the month of December. \u00a0The mountain were pretty much bold but still looking very beautiful.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_120258.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2000\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_120258-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We had some dipping dot ice-cream after the challenging mountain\u00a0hiking.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1999\" vintage looking old train with bright yellow and green colors, located somewhere right after the entrance of the Mt Seorak. \u00a0Good photo opportunity while waiting for the other tour members to arrive at the meeting point.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_121313e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I was glad to have made it up the top of Mt Soerak &#8211; the mountains that Koreans love most which offer incredible rocky landscape.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_121723.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2004\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_121723-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shabu Shabu and Bibimbap Lunch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lunch was Shabu shabu pork, it was always good to have some hot steamboat shabu shabu in the winter. \u00a0Throughout our 8 days 6 nights in Korea, we did not get to taste the beef because the tour guide told us the beef is very expensive. \u00a0It was ashamed we did not manage to try out the Korean beef because Korean beef tasted so delicious. \u00a0Luckily I tasted the beef tail noodle and barbecue beef during my first visit 10 years ago.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_123654e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2005\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_123654e-1024x429.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We also had the bibimbap\/&#8221;mixed rice&#8221; served in warm rice topping with some vegetable, eggs and some meat in a very hot pot. \u00a0We added in more Korean chili paste and stirred the hot dish together thoroughly before eating. \u00a0Our tour guide told us\u00a0Bibimbap was traditionally eaten during the eve of the Lunar New year as people then felt it was a need to get rid of all the left over food before new year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_123805.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2006\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_123805-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong> Jeongdongjin Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeongdongjin Railway is the most popular travel destination for the Koreans, especially among the youngsters and college students.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_143501e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large sunrise and thousand of visitors gather here to see the first sunrise in the new year eve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_144558.jpg\" and there was no sunrise but I was able to get a glimpse of the beautiful horizon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_144847.jpg\" Korean drama were shot here.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_145052.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jeongdongjin Station is listed in the Guinness World Records as the closest<br \/>\nstation and tracks to a beach anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2012\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_144804-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cruise ship on the rock- it is actually the Sun Cruise Resort looks like it is teetering off the edge of a cliff but it&#8217;s really in ship shape.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_145918.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large station you can see the ocean, walking along the beaches wasn&#8217;t that much fun as you would think. \u00a0If you like beaches and freezing cold wind blowing on your face, this is the place for you. \u00a0As for me, I was crawling slowly on the beach, luckily I was wearing long boots so sand were not able to get in.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_145937e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large end of the beach\u00a0 where there is a Millennium Hourglass, also known as sand clock.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_151518e.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2018\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20161206_151518e-758x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"789\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Hourglass is made of stainless steel. \u00a0Sand began trickling through it on the first of January, 2000, marking the time to the beginning of the new millennium on the first of January, 2001.
