Macau is the neighbor of Hong Kong and only 60 km east of Macau, just an hour away.<\/p>\n<p>Taking a ferry is one of the most popular ways to travel between Macau and Hong Kong.\u00a0 Well, we flew in<a href=\"\/wordpress\/2019\/04\/macau-international-airport-review\/\"> Macau International Airport<\/a> from Singapore and take a ferry to Hong Kong, then flying out from HK to Singapore. The cheapest and most convenient way to reach Hong Kong is via ferry but there are other ways too.<\/p>\n<h3>Three Ways to travel from Macau to Hong Kong<\/h3>\n<p>There are other ways to reach Hong Kong, such as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by bridge (Take the bus over the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, 40 mins)<\/li>\n<li>by helicopter, 15 mins but very expensive, at least over USD 500 one way.<\/li>\n<li>by ferry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-27107 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190321_114538.jpg\" alt=\"Macau - Kowloon Hong Kong Ferry Terminal Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190321_114538.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/20190321_114538-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Two Major Ferry Terminals in Macau<\/h3>\n<p>The hotel-casinos in Macau usually offer free shuttle service to bring their guests to the ferry terminals, it does not matter which terminals you choose to board your ferry. Macau is only small. We choose to board our ferry from Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal as it is nearer to <a href=\"\/wordpress\/2019\/04\/where-to-stay-in-macau-grand-emperor-palace-hotel-review\/\">Emperor Palace Hotel<\/a> where our hotel is in Macau side where the <a href=\"\/wordpress\/2019\/03\/top-things-to-do-in-ruins-of-st-pauls-macau\/\">ruins of St Paul<\/a> is. There are several piers where you can choose to exit in Hong Kong.
