During our Australian road trip (from Gold Coast to Sydney), we stopped in Coffs Harbour and we choose to stay in Park Beach Holiday Resort<\/a> located in Park Beach. The beach area called Park Beach is only 5 mins walk from the resort and one of the famous beaches in Coffs Harbour.\u00a0 The resort is also a great location for caravan and glamping.\u00a0 The best thing is the price is very affordable.<\/p>\n

\"Where<\/p>\n

Check-in<\/h3>\n

Check in and out is pretty fast.\u00a0 Once we have gotten our key, we drove to check out our villa.<\/p>\n

\"Where<\/p>\n

Shop in the reception<\/h3>\n

If you forgot to bring your sunscreen, you can always come to the little shop at the reception.\u00a0 There are sunglasses, snacks, drinks, little souvenirs and little pail for sands.<\/p>\n

Villa Review<\/h3>\n

The parks are located on beachside properties with a wide selection of accommodation options to suit everyone. We choose to stay in a 2 bedrooms villa.\u00a0 Parking is just next to the villa and is free of charge.<\/p>\n

Double Bedroom Review<\/h3>\n

The room is not too big but it fits a queen size double bed and two side tables on each side.\u00a0 The lightings are good, as it has extra reading lights on the wall.\u00a0 Two windows with build in blinds.<\/p>\n

Bathroom Review<\/h3>\n

The villa has only one bathroom for 4 pax sharing.\u00a0 Clean towels and toiletries, hairdryer are provided.\u00a0 The bathroom has two doors which are connected to the two rooms in this villa.<\/p>\n

Other Room Review<\/h3>\n

The other room in this villa is smaller and has a double decker bed.\u00a0 Clean bedsheets and pillow case covers are located in the wardrobe, you have to make your own bedsheet.<\/p>\n

Kitchen Review<\/h3>\n

You can cook a simple meal in this kitchen, there is a microwave oven, fridge, an electric kettle, and an electric stove.\u00a0 Pots and pans sit inside the cupboard.\u00a0 Of course, there are plates and drinking cups too.\u00a0 A small table with few chairs in case you want to have your meal there.\u00a0 We did not cook for our dinner as we didn’t feel like cooking, we had our dinner outside.\u00a0 However, we did prepare our breakfast and made simple instant noodles and coffee.\u00a0 The Park Beach bowling club is located nearby and you may want to check it out.<\/p>\n

Living Room<\/h3>\n

I won’t say the living room is very big but it has a tv, two sofa chairs and air condition.<\/p>\n

Facilities<\/h3>\n

There is playgrounds complex, pool table, shaded Jumping Pillow, Table Tennis and resort pool.<\/p>\n

Walking Distance to the Jetty & the beach<\/h3>\n

The jetty and the beach is located within walking distance, just across the street. There is a back door to access to the beach, just use the hotel card to tap for exit and entry.<\/p>\n

Muttonbird Island<\/h3>\n

Opposite Park Beach is the famous Muttonbird Island, also the jewel in the crown of Coffs Harbour. If you have time, do pay a visit to Muttonbird Island, you will enjoy the walking with beautiful natural surroundings and a nice view.<\/p>\n

We woke up early and went for a morning stroll in Park Beach before we headed to Port Macquarie.<\/p>\n

\"Where<\/p>\n

Park Beach boasts many facilities such as bbq, picnic tables, children’s play area and lots of shady trees. We spotted few off leash dogs opposite of Park Beach. Dogs are not allowed in Park Beach but dogs are welcome in the south of Coffs Creek inlet.<\/p>\n

Caravan & RV in Park Beach Holiday Park<\/h3>\n

Caravanning and camping is a significant industry in Australia, this is because Australians are known for their laid-back attitude and love of the great outdoors.\u00a0Park Beach Holiday Park offers great amenities for camping and caravan.\u00a0 Not just in Park Beach Holiday Park, there are tons of caravan park in this area.<\/p>\n

Final thoughts:<\/h3>\n

Beach Park Holiday Park<\/a> in Coffs Harbour is pleasant to stay, the villa and the park are well kept.\u00a0 Lots of amenities and conveniently located to the beach and town.\u00a0 I highly recommended this park for the family with young children as it has lots of playgrounds and amenities to keep them busy.<\/p>\n
