Visiting the Museu Picasso will enable you to understand the formative years of Pablo Picasso.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31873 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/20181229_150955.jpg\" alt=\"What you would see in Picasso Museum in Barcelona?\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1365\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Ticketing<\/h3>\n<p>We were lucky to get on the line and get our tickets. The line was long and waited for half an hour to get our ticket. But we heard that tickets can sell out before closing so it is best to buy your ticket in advance online. This will save you the time waiting in line.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31874 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/20181229_154818.jpg\" alt=\"What you would see in Picasso Museum in Barcelona?\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Over 4,000 art pieces<\/h3>\n<p>The mansion has a permanent exhibition of more than 4,000 Picassos. You will see most of the works are from his early years and showcase the maturation of the artist. He showed a passion and skill for drawing from an early age. At first, he learns from his father who is an art teacher in figure drawing and oil painting. When Picasso was 13 years old, his father could not teach him anymore as his skill had already surpassed his father. At his adult, he flew to France om 1904 and settling there.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31878 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/20181229_162651.jpg\" alt=\"What you would see in Picasso Museum in Barcelona?\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1365\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>There are several important periods Picasso go through &#8211;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Blue Period &#8211; was his work done between 1901-1904 when he painted essentially monochromatic paintings in shades of blue and blue-green.<\/li>\n<li>The Rose Period &#8211; this time Picasso use more orange and cheerful color<\/li>\n<li>The African-influenced Period &#8211; get the inspiration from the African masks, arts of ancient Egypt<\/li>\n<li>Cubism Period &#8211; was created by Picasso and considered the most influential art movement of the 20th century.
