Things sold in Khan Al-Khalili aren\u2019t too expensive but I think you still need to bargain before you made your purchase. Do not expect to get 5 stars or the highest quality here. What I like about the bazaar here is I get to see so many interesting scenes and get to see how local buy and live.<\/p>\n

Hatshepsut temple viewed from a distance is stunning but not when you are up close.\u00a0 That means you could skip the steps and walking up if you are less mobile or having bad knees.\u00a0 I would suggest you save your energy for other sites in the Valley of the Kings and Queens.\u00a0 \u00a0There are so many sites here.<\/p>\n
You can still view the beautiful architecture of Hatshepsut Temple from the bottom. To be honest, there is nothing much left inside the temple when you are up there.\u00a0 You will be disappointed when you make it to the top.\u00a0 Trust me.\u00a0 As I said, it is nicer to look from a distance.<\/p>\n

The Valley of the Kings sites are huge but there are trams to bring you up the mountain. We visited 3 tombs and I think it is more than enough. There are over 60 tombs here but I get tired just after 3 tombs.\u00a0 The queue to enter the tombs is long too.\u00a0 There are combo tickets for 3 tombs.<\/p>\n

Karnak Temple has several sections to visit, it is big. The temple was built by Ramesses III, one of the important Pharoah who has ruled for about 31 years during the New Kingdom. The city of Edfu is between Luxor and Aswan. If you are traveling on the river Nile cruise, either from Luxor to Aswan or vise versa. The cruise will stop at Edfu city.\u00a0 The horse carriage is quite an experience from the cruise to the temple.\u00a0 The traffic can be a little daunting but this is Edfu Egypt. You will pass by the main street and alley and got to see how daily life is like here.<\/p>\n

The night visit of Kom Ombo Temple turned out to be rewarding because of the beautiful lit-up.\u00a0 At first, I was worried that my pictures won\u2019t be well-captured because of the insufficient lights at night.<\/p>\n
Since it is night time and dark, you have to be very careful when you walk on the uneven path. The temperature cools down so much as compared to day time since it is desert temperature.\u00a0 Always have your thick jacket when you are out of your cruise ship.\u00a0 The walk is only a few minutes from the cruise.<\/p>\n

We arrived in Abu Simbel temple slightly after 5 am, the sky is still dark. I was shocked to see there were already so many big buses lining at the car park. I thought we were the first to arrive as the sky is still dark.\u00a0 There are two temples here and you will enjoy them together with a beautiful lake view in front with sunrise.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nPhilae Temple, High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan<\/a><\/h3>\n
High Dam is important for the people in Egypt and the engineering work is pretty amazing.\u00a0 Philae Temple is relocated to an island so it is something different from what we have seen so far as the temple was surrounded by the water and not by the desert.\u00a0 The Unfinished Obelisk is huge and is lying on the ground, not able to finish due to the crack on the granite, and was abandoned.<\/p>\n
