Huachen International Hotel Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During our visit to Hangzhou city, we stayed in the Huachen International Hotel. It is quite a stylish hotel which is only located 10 mins walk from West Lake. This is their selling point, a very good location.<\/p>\n<p>We usually like to come back to our hotel for a short rest after we were out the whole day. Rest a little and then go out to search for our dinner. There are many restaurants located in the West Lake shopping area so we can just walk out and search for food easily.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34731 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20191123_084617.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou? Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The hotel is new and stylish, I was kind of shocked to learn that the temperature, time and date are shown on the mirror in the bathroom. It is pretty cool and convenient for guests to look at. The rooms are overall quite comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary things we need for the few nights.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34714 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20191122_073047.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou? Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Chinese Zongzi<\/h3>\n<p>Chinese glutinous rice dumpling or Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings. In China, they usually use dates as filling rather than meats. Also, theirs tasted sweet instead of salty.\u00a0 The size and shape are also slightly different from ours in Singapore and Malaysia.\u00a0 The size tends to be smaller and the shaper is sometimes square.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34717 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/20191122_073115.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou? Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Douhua is also a popular Chinese breakfast, their version of douhua is usually salty. You can add in the ingredients such as dried salted seaweed, salted vegetables, and dried shrimps, soya sauce, and other ingredients. You can also eat it sweet if you wanted to, just add in sugar. Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Express bus to the airport only cost RMB 20 per person.\u00a0 If you have the China ID card, you can purchase it from the machines.\u00a0 If not, just get your ticket from the staff.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34733 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20191123_095546.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou? Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The airport bus arrived on time every half an hour or so, please check the timetable.\u00a0 The information center may close earlier so do get your ticket before that.\u00a0 Pick up area is just right in front of the information center, also in front of the Huachen Hotel.\u00a0 There is no need to catch a taxi to the airport if you stay in Huachen Hotel.\u00a0 Hop on Airport express bus is so convenient.\u00a0 This is another bonus point to stay in this hotel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34734 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20191123_095800.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou? Huachen International Hotel Review\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Final thoughts:<\/h3>\n<p>Huachen International Hotel offer a good location to West Lake, the hotel is clean and stylish.\u00a0 The breakfast spread is just awesome, comes with international, both Chinese and Western cuisine.\u00a0 Another thing I love about this hotel is there is a direct airport bus that brings you directly to the International Airport.\u00a0 The pickup point is right in front of the hotel and you can just get your bus ticket next door at the information center.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-34736 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/IMG_20191123_182419.jpg\" alt=\"Where to stay in Hangzhou?
