Classical Hotel<\/a>,\u9526\u6c5f\u90fd\u57ce\u9152\u5e97<\/h3>\n<p>My hotel is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoda.com\/partners\/partnersearch.aspx?pcs=1&amp;cid=1769828&amp;hid=18908457\">Jinjiang Metropolo Nanjing Confucius Qinhuai Classical Hotel<\/a>,\u9526\u6c5f\u90fd\u57ce\u9152\u5e97, it is near \u592b\u5b50\u5e99 F\u016bz\u01d0 mi\u00e0o, the station that I needed to alight is Sansanjie \u4e09\u5c71\u8857, if you are catching metro from the Airport.\u00a0 The fare is only 8Rmb, that is about SGD 1.50.\u00a0 Then I walked for 15 min to reach my hotel.<\/p>\n<h3>Transportation<\/h3>\n<p>If you are catching a flight to Nanjing, airport taxi to city center cost 100 to 200 rmb.(20 to 40 sing dollar By metro, you can catch S1 line to Nanjing Nan zhan \u5357\u4eac\u5357\u7ad9 Nanjing south station then change to line 1 or 3 to city center.<\/p>\n<p>If you are arriving by high-speed train from Nanjing South Station (\u5357\u4eac\u5357\u7ad9) or Nanjing Station (\u5357\u4eac\u7ad9), you will need to spend 20 to 40 RMB (4 to 8 sing dollar) to catch a taxi to the city center . If you are traveling light, you can take Line 1, which has a direct route to Xinjiekou.<\/p>\n<p>In Nanjing the traffic is bad especially in city center, so sometimes catching metro is faster.\u00a0 Didi and taxi are very affordable when converting back to Singapore dollar.\u00a0 But Didi is a cheaper than taxi because some taxi they will charged more.\u00a0 Just give you an example when I called a didi from my hotel in Fuzimiao to President house, it cost about 20 rmb, that is about SGD4.\u00a0 If you have 4 pax, it is still worth to get a didi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u592b\u5b50\u5e99 F\u016bz\u01d0 mi\u00e0o is very close to \u8001\u95e8\u4e1c Lao men dong, these 2 are old traditional night market, best to visit at night for street food, restaurant, shopping, lantern lighting and boat ride along Qin Huai River.\u00a0 The crowd can get very big especially during weekends.<\/li>\n<li>\u65b0\u8857\u53e3 x\u012bn ji\u0113 k\u01d2u is a modern shopping street, there are lot of expensive shopping plaza and many restaurants too.\u00a0 \u00a0There is a million dollars toilet that everyone will pay a visit when coming to Nanjing, located in Deji Plaza \u5fb7\u57fa\u5927\u53a6.\u00a0 Xinjiekou is also best to visit at night when the neon lights are on all the tall buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Top places to visit<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38751 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/nanjing_4.jpg\" alt=\"Nanjing China Free and Easy 4 days 3 Night Itinerary\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Day 1 President Palace \u603b\u7edf\u5e9c<\/p>\n<p>If you are reaching in the morning, go to this place first and understand the China modern history. You need about 2 hours.\u00a0 Once you gotten your ticket, please take a photo in front of the President house because that is the icon, also you won&#8217;t be exiting from the same place.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening, you can go to Fuzimiao for dinner, street food, dessert house, boat ride.\u00a0 In Fuzimiao, there is also a temple called Fuzimiao.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" \u7f8e\u73b2\u5bab<\/li>\n<li>Zhong Shan Ling Mausoleum \u4e2d\u5c71\u9675<\/li>\n<li>Linggu Temple \u7075\u8c37\u5bfa<\/li>\n<li>Wutong dadao \u68a7\u6850\u5927\u9053<\/li>\n<li>Pigeon stage \u9e3d\u5b50\u53f0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All these places are at the same area, you can do it in a day.\u00a0 I recommended to get a didi rather than catching metro because you need to do a lot of walking.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t waste your energy on catching metro.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ming Xiao Ling Mausoleum \u660e\u5b5d\u9675 Unesco World Heritage site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38756 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thinkerten.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/nanjing_9.jpg\" alt=\"Nanjing China Free and Easy 4 days 3 Night Itinerary\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ming Xiao Ling Mausoleum itself is so big, there is even a Mei Hua shan \u6885\u82b1\u5c71 inside, hectares of plum trees blossom with colorful plum flowers in March.\u00a0 You need about 2 to 3 hours here.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38758 size-full\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meiling Palace \u7f8e\u73b2\u5bab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meiling Palace is just sit next to Ming Xiao Ling Mausoleum,\u00a0 you need 1 hour to visit.\u00a0 Inside you will find the thing that Mei Ling used, her piano, her drawing and extravagant flooring and dining area.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wutong dadao \u68a7\u6850\u5927\u9053<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is the the place where internet celebrities check in, the didi driver will pass through here and you can quickly shoot some photos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Linggu Temple \u7075\u8c37\u5bfa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have the energy to check on this temple.\u00a0 Furthermore there is on site transport to bring you but it cost 35rmb (SGD7) so I quit this places.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pigeon stage \u9e3d\u5b50\u53f0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can buy the pigeon food and feed them, the pigeons aren&#8217;t afraid of human.<\/p>\n<p>There is a package ticket for all the above site, only 100 Rmb (SGD20) but it does not include the on site battery transport.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zhong Shan Ling Mausoleum \u4e2d\u5c71\u9675<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a free entrance site, there are over 300 steps to walk up.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t have the energy to go.<\/p>\n<p>Mind you there are lots of walking and you need a flat shoes, that&#8217;s why I arrange to visit these places on Day 2.\u00a0 Day 1 you are still tired after the night flight.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening, you can go to Lao Men Dong for dinner and walk around the check out the old street in Nanjing.\u00a0 You will find \u5fb7\u4e91\u793e, Deyun Crosstalk Association here.<\/p>\n<p>Day 3<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38761 size-full\" your lunch and then catch the flight back to Singapore as the Scoot flight depart at 5pm so you need to be in the airport by 3pm.\u00a0 City center to airport is about 50 mins to an hour.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurants that I&#8217;ve visited and highly recommended are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5c0f\u53a8\u5a18 &#8211; I like how the portion aren&#8217;t very huge and the taste are super delicious.\u00a0 4.5\/5
