How far from London to Liverpool? \u00a0It is about 4 hours, 220 miles. \u00a0But our origin is Warwick, about 2.5 hour. \u00a0Saw some modern windmill along the highway to Liverpool. \u00a0I find them very pretty sit on the plain.<\/p>\n

\"Modern<\/a><\/p>\n

We stopped by a rest area, they called it “service” in UK after driving for an hour and a half. \u00a0They have the ‘drive through’ Starbuck if you don’t want to get down from your car.<\/p>\n

\"Highway<\/a><\/p>\n

We needed a break so ordered some hot coffee and used the bathrooms in the rest area. \u00a0Most toilets are free in UK, unlike in western and eastern Europe, the toilet fees are quite high, about Euro 1-2 dollars per entry.<\/p>\n

Beside football what do you have in Liverpool? \u00a0Yes, the Beatles!<\/p>\n

Again, finding a car park is one of the challenging task. \u00a0Luckily there are plenty of open air car park located opposite of the Beatles Museum.<\/p>\n

Finding Beatles in Liverpool – Beatles Museum<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you bought your ticket, you are given to an audio to listen to the details story of the Beatles. \u00a0Started with their childhood, the guitars or other music instrument they once used.<\/p>\n

Above is John Lennon when he was a teen. \u00a0He actually started playing banjo at the age of 11, his mom taught him. \u00a0Then he bought his first guitar at the age of 16. \u00a0Guitar is cooler \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Casbah Coffee Club Liverpool<\/strong><\/p>\n

You also get to see the place they played before getting famous, the setting for Casbah Coffee Club.<\/p>\n

This museum has a unique setting with many original collected items that are very precious I believe, to bring you back to Beatles time.<\/p>\n

This museum has the largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives and times of the Beatles. \u00a0This museum \u00a0truly give the best insight of the Beatles life. \u00a0Fan or not, while in Liverpool, don’t miss this location.<\/p>\n

I believe these are some of the old pieces which has made a hit back in the 60s-70s.<\/p>\n

Lastly, before exit the museum, there is a white room with white grand piano showing John Lennon –<\/p>\n

You need about 2 hours or whole morning to listen and cover the whole museum thoroughly. \u00a0If you are not a fan, you can rush through and finish within 1 hour. \u00a0The ticket also including a free ride on the Liverpool sightseeing buses for only one stop.<\/p>\n
